Cat Eyes is a semi sheer black base with tons of gold and golden yellow glitter. This is one of my favorites! You could wear this for everyday or for Halloween!! The picture shown has 2 coats of polish. Add your favorite thick top coat for protection. (click on picture to enlarge)
